When you really love a particular brand and it announces it’s launching four new skincare products in the UK in the space of three months – that! And by the way. This is not an #ad.

But don’t you just love a spring skincare drop? Especially when it’s rare to see so many launches in one go. And when it’s being done by a brand like Fresh, one of our favourites for their can’t-live-without skincare scents, natural formulations and those iconic soaps.

And yes, although the US have already have had some of these products for a while now, we’re not grumbling (much) that they got them first.

With soundbites from Fresh’s co-founder Lev Glazman, find out here about their four new launches, aimed to get your skin tip-top and looking Fresh as a daisy for 2024.

Launch 1: The exfoliating serum

You may have heard about liquid AHAs for gently buffing the skin but what about an AHA serum?

Just launched in January 2024 in the UK, Lotus AHA Gentle Resurfacing Serum (£60) contains prickly pear flower extract which, whilst it sounds like something from The Jungle Book, actually helps to even the texture of your skin and provide a gorgeous glow. It helps to reduce dark spots and fine lines too.

Glazman says “its resurfacing properties paired with a duo of AHAs turned out to be a dreamy combination for the smoothest, most radiant complexion.” It’s available now. Get in line!

Launch 2: The protecting essence

Ok, this one pulls a bit on the purse strings, but for good reason.

Lunar New Year Kombucha Essence (£108) is a limited edition available from February 2024 and promises to boost moisture and radiance thanks to kombucha, a fermented sweet black tea. As well as that, it uses antioxidants and anti-pollution to protect the skin and slow down ageing on the daily.

Judging by the price tag, this is one to really treat yourself to, now that we’ve entered that time of year when our skin needs nothing but TLC and comfort. It’s available now, exclusively at Harrods.

Launch 3: The lip therapist

And speaking of TLC, that’s something your lips definitely need during the winter. Advanced Therapy Lip Ointment (£24) will be launching into Space NK in March and joins Fresh’s existing lip care lineup.

Apparently it uses an impressive cocktail of emollients, ceramides and sugar to provide five much-needed things at this time of year: Stronger, soothed, soft, hydrated, flake-free lips. The ultimate therapist for a pout that’s being whipped by winter.

Launch 4: The eye powerhouse

Also launching in March at fresh.com/uk is brand’s new eyes cream, the Black Tea Advanced Age Renewal Eye Cream (£60).

“A kind-to-skin blend of black tea and rambutan leaf extracts, this ‘fresh take’ on retinol works with vitamin C and wild ginger to correct signs of aging and deliver brighter, firmer, smoother eyes,” explains Glazman. So, it’s a primarily plant-based eye cream that delivers similar results as retinol, without the side effects?

You heard the man, mark your diaries!

The takeaway

So, as far as your face is concerned this spring, Fresh pretty much has it covered with goodness. If you haven’t tried the brand before, I urge you to do so.

The formulas are satisfyingly lightweight, yet they make the skin feel super-sumptuous and everything smells so… well, fresh. Even if you only try one of these new launches, you probably won’t regret it. And who knows, you may just find yourself wanting more…
