My lashes are naturally curly but they all curl in different directions?? A curler just makes it worse. Is there any way to get them to point the same way or am I doomed?
Ruby says:
Step away from the curler… it will just amplify the curl in different directions (unless you use a heated lash curler).
Think of mascara as a styling tool, not just colour. Wiggle the wand at the root, then guide the lashes upward and outward in the direction you want them to go. Use the tip of the wand to separate and redirect individual lashes if needed.
A defining or lifting mascara with a well-shaped brush like my Mascara & Brow Duo will give more control than anything overly volumising. A second coat just on the tips can help bring lashes into alignment.
If it really annoys you, you can try a lash lift and curl. Though your lashes are already curly this will set them in place for a more uniform finish.
