PR Samples

As part of my job testing and reviewing products to share my honest views with you I sometimes receive press sample from brands. This is no way affects how I review a particular product, however, and I will always clearly label anything sent to me by a company as ‘PR sample’.

Receiving samples allows me to try out brands and products beyond those that I would normally buy for myself- which in turn gives me the chance to look at a broader range of products for different skin and hair types, as well to compare particular ingredients across brands.

I can then whittle down the ones I think perform best and pass on these views on to you.

I also occasionally use affiliate links, meaning that if you buy a product after clicking on an affiliate link I may earn a (very) small commission in sales at no extra cost to you. All my opinions are entirely my own, however, and affiliate links never change how I write about or present a product. The money earned from them helps towards the running costs of this site, allowing me to continue writing and reviewing thoroughly and honestly.
